"GAP dogs, owners and foster carers had a great promotion in the sun at Brookfield Show on May 20-22. Rocky, Flo, Rosie, Woody, Bowie and Alec revelled in the attention that they got from the visitors to the show.
Rocky amused all by his "chilled out" attitude to all the excitement by spending most of the show lying around on his back in "cockroach position". Bowie declined the frequent offers of entering the miniature horse classes at the show. Flo, Rosie, Woody and Alec meanwhile spent the show having a competition as to who could lad the most pats from children throughout the show.
As always a big thank you to all the people who gave their weekend to hold dogs who needed no help to sell themselves.
In rating the weekend the dogs would like to thank the organisers for the great hamburgers and baked potatoes, the two legged crew thank the makers of the excellent coffee and all congratulate the Brookfield Show Committee for such a well organised and enjoyable experience.
Put us down for next year!!"
