DIZZY
Hi!     It's Dizz here!

I have been in my permanent home for 6 months now and there is never a dull moment!

A couple of months ago I was zooming around on the beach with Mum, (she wasn't zooming, only I was), when we spotted a black greyhound in the distance.

Naturally curiosity got the better of us so we introduced ourselves and met brand new GAP graduate Dee, (formerly 'Miss Riviera Lee'), and new Mum Joy.

Since then we have been meeting at the beach every week for a bit of girl racing! Because Dees dad is Brett Lee she thinks she is faster than a speeding bullet but I think we are fairly evenly matched!
When we get hot and bothered we flop around in the water and chase the seagulls. Last week I went to Dees house for the first time. She has got the biggest drinking bowl I have ever seen in the back garden! It takes up nearly the whole yard.

Dee and I were hooning around when I stopped to have a drink from it and fell in! Luckily my Dad was there and he fished me out.

I looked over at my Mum and I thought she was crying but it turned out that she was laughing hysterically. I didn't think that my near death experience was that funny. Anyhow Aunty Joy smothered me in a fluffy towel and rubbed me dry so I felt a bit better!

Luckily for me that Aunty Joy was capable of some sort of rational thought as my Mum and Dad were falling about the place giggling and clutching their sides. Maybe they felt sick or something. You'd never know with those two.

The next day Dad found a kiddies life jacket in the garage and Mum made we wear it while she took photos of me. This seemed to cause her considerable mirth and THEN she sent the photo to all our friends saying that I was now prepared for my next visit to Dees!

More humour at my expense. Luckily orange is just my colour!

Sometimes Mum points at me and sings 'You ain't nothin' but a hound dog.." Well DUH - like I didn't KNOW that already! She seems to find that funny too.

I worry about her sometimes......I think she might be a bit nutty.

Love Dizz xx
